Very long finish
Although he doesn't say whether for good or bad reasons, Damien Mulley reports that people at the SE Barcamp (here's the blog) were asking him about the wine we supplied for the Cork event: the Culpeo Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc. Which is what we call a nice long finish.
New vintages of the Culpeo have just arrived in Ireland, and we'll be needing them pretty soon. I'm especially looking forward to getting the lepping fresh 06 Sauvignon Blanc out of Bond (above), which is where our wine is stored before we pay the duty on it and bring it round the corner to our own warehouse. I sepia-ed the picture because plans are afoot to replace these buildings with gleaming office blocks, modern spacious &c. &c. as s.a.p.
